At Khyra, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We want you to feel confident, empowered, and beautiful in every piece you wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events
• Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
• Send an email to teamkhyra@gmail.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST - [Your Order Number]
• Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
• Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions
• Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at teamkhyra@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. Exchange items will be shipped once we receive and approve the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at teamkhyra@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
