All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Khyra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
